Design and Manufacturing of One-Piece Disconnector Capable of Opening and Closing Under Load
Sakarya Electricity Distribution Inc. In our R&D project " Single-Piece Switchgear Design and Manufacturing Capable of Opening and Closing Under Load ", which was accepted by EMRA in January 2023, under the leadership of EMRA, we aim to produce single-piece disconnectors, which are one of the important components of MV switchgear parts, in order to keep the gas tightness at the highest level. We aim to use R410A gas, which is more environmentally friendly, less costly and reliable, instead of SF6 gas, which is a heavy gas that is harmful to the environment and has a high cost.
Development of Composite Transformer with Additive Manufacturing and Examination of its Properties

In our R&D project "Development of Composite Transformers with Additive Manufacturing and Examination of Their Properties ", which was accepted in the EMRA January 2023 period under the leadership of EMRA, we will develop composite transformers with additive manufacturing and examine their usability in the energy distribution sector in our country, start the first studies for the development of composite transformers, thus It is aimed to produce transformers with different transformer sheets instead of sheet metal in an easy, fast and economical way.
Low Cost Overcurrent Relay Design and Manufacturing for Distribution Networks
V angölü Electricity Distribution Inc. In our R&D project "Low-Cost Overcurrent Relay Design and Manufacturing for Distribution Networks", which was accepted by EMRA in January 2023, under the leadership of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority , we provide a high-speed and selective protection mechanism for all kinds of sensitive load groups in the distribution system, thanks to its inverse time characteristics. The aim is to design and manufacture safer, selective digital, domestic and national overcurrent relays.
